NUISANCE DEER CONTROL:  We are Nuisance Wildlife Control Operators (NWCO's) . We respond to property owner requests to remove nuisance whitetail deer from their properties on Long island, NY.  We normally harvest deer during the legal hunting season of October 1st through December 31st, using hunting archery equipment and abiding by all state regulations.  But as licensed NWCO's, we also can control deer populations with special permits, at other times of the year. We then donate all venison to help feed the hungry.  We participate in the Venison Donation Coalition, which is a New York State organization dedicated to helping feed the hungry and most needy among us.  We are proud to participate in this program, and last year alone we donated more than 3000 pounds of venison that went to help feed hungry families in New York. With these economic times our help will be needed more than ever. Through our efforts, we utilize the over abundance of deer to help stock the soup kitchens as well as alleviate property owner’s concerns with deer related damage. I believe the holiday season this year will strain the abilities of food pantries and soup kitchens more than last, but we intend to help as much as we can.
